Rodrigo Parejo is an internationally active Spanish flutist, composer and educator whose work connects jazz, flamenco, contemporary music and world traditions. Through concerts, artistic collaborations and educational programmes, he promotes creativity, improvisation and intercultural dialogue between Europe and Asia.

It was an honour to be nominated as a finalist in two categories — Best Outstanding Solo Artist and Best Band or Artist — at the Extremadura Music Awards Gala at the Gran Teatro de Cáceres. Being selected among more than 500 artists felt like a very meaningful recognition.
